I’m a happily average explorer, growing and discovering myself and the world in my sixties.

I follow the trails of my life toward ever-greater health, serenity, and contribution, living my values and hoping in some way, however small, to leave the world a better place.

I write about three essential elements for healthy living at any age: Move, Play, Learn. There are others, of course, but those three pretty much cover how we spend our days as kids. Then we grow up, get jobs, sometimes have kids of our own, and become … middle-aged, or older, like me.
